Our Mission is to make it easy for homeowners to get their HVAC system up and running.
Redhome was built with the goal of providing quality HVAC service for the Greater Austin area. We believe that industry knowledge, transparency, and excellent service lead to satisfied customers. Honesty and integrity are essential for our success.
Our Team
RedHome's founding team members are veterans of the home services industry. With a combined 45+ years of experience running HVAC and landscaping companies, we noticed that the entire process of getting things fixed lacked both transparency and competence – leaving homeowners dissatisfied and in the dark.
As a family-owned business, we bring our experience together in a trade service company that provides fast, reliable HVAC service to Austin homeowners and businesses alike.
We encourage our personnel not to be salespeople, but rather meeting the needs of the customer by truly listening to the consumer. We are enthusiastic about teaching new and experienced tradespeople how to deliver top notch service. We built our training program with the premise that if a consumer was in our classroom, they would be inspired to be there.
